Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish with ingredients including: sheep heart and liver, onions, oatmeal and spices which are all piped into a skin. To some these ingredients may seem a bit extreme, however one bite of this delicacy will have you forgetting the ingredients and focusing purely on the scrumptious taste that is haggis.
Syd's Pie Factory prides itself in making the best haggis around, with quality ingredients, made in store by Syd himself. Haggis traditionally comes in a round to oblong shape varying in sizes from 500g to bigger. At Syd's haggis can also be obtained in easy to cook haggis slices and even sausage form.

Using Your Oven:
- Oven 180c
- Wrap it in Tin Foil
- Place in a hot oven for:
1/2 kg = 30 mins 1 kg = 50 mins 1 < 2kg = 1 hr & 15 mins
Alternatively
- Place in hot water
- bring to the boil
- Simmer for no more than 10 mins
- Turn the power off
- Place a lid on the pot
- Leave for 10 mins
Serve Haggis with mashed potato and turnip!
